MISSION STATEMENT: Michigan 21st Century Investment Fund, L.P.

The Michigan 21st Century Investment Fund, L.P. ("21st Century Fund" or the "Program") intends to focus on identifying and investing in a diversified, high-quality portfolio of venture capital, private equity and mezzanine funds that intend to target investments in companies that are located in Michigan or have substantial operations within the State of Michigan. In addition, the Program may opportunistically co-invest alongside select fund managers. The Program seeks to foster the creation and growth of Michigan companies, help diversify Michigan's economy, facilitate the retention and creation of jobs in Michigan, and help encourage the growth of venture capital, private equity and mezzanine investing in Michigan.
