The 21st Century Fund seeks to build successful, innovative enterprises for the benefit of its investors.

In addition, the Fund seeks to ensure the following:

• Foster the creation and growth of young and maturing companies in Michigan
• Encourage the growth of the Michigan-based private equity community
• Facilitate public and private partnerships within the State
